  Confidential references: One employer and two academic referees should each submit directly to the Programme office by the last Friday in January an original confidential letter of reference and four photocopies. The candidate must provide each prospective referee with a copy of the "Information For Referees" provided with this application form.

Five (5) complete academic transcripts of all post-secondary education must be attached, or mailed by the University registrar: ONE (1) transcript must be an ORIGINAL.
